We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at flashingclicks@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
